The farm has a little sandbox area with lots of kid's toys. That's my niece's friend, Kristen, sitting there with the red and white striped shirt. I believe she had fun too.

Lex didn't do much picking, but he seems to have enjoyed the day regardless! He likes to sleep a lot ... which is a good thing.

As you can see, my mother seems to have had the best luck in holding on to some of the strawberries.

This is Bella that Peter is trying to impress. There were lots of moms from the mom's club that went on this one.

I now know why only a few strawberries made it back to the house ;-)

He had an absolute blast picking strawberries. I wish I could have gone. This was a few weeks back, maybe a month ago. I did get to go last Friday with him, but we picked blueberries. It was still too early for them though ... even the ripest ones were very tart and bitter.

Here is my mother and Peter, sitting on the tractor-pulled trailor as they tour a farm in Sharon. In the background, you can see beehives. The two girls behind rhem are Kristen (on the left), who is a friend of Victoria (center, background), my neice.
